David N. Dorough
David practices in the area of commercial real estate with a focus on residential and mixed use real estate developments and community associations. David regularly represents well known real estate developers, national, regional and local home builders, lenders and investment funds in connection with transactions primarily related to residential and mixed use developments including community association documentation, review, analysis and operation. David also has extensive experience in assisting clients with due diligence, corrective action plans, acquisition and development of residential, condominium, commercial and mixed use projects.
