Spencer S. Farmery
Spencer is an associate in the firm’s Community Association practice group. He primarily represents homeowner, townhome and condominium associations throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area in a variety of matters, including drafting and interpreting covenants, reviewing contracts, and litigating association related issues.
Spencer received his J.D. from the University of Georgia. While in law school, Spencer was active for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. He is a “Double Dawg” having also received his BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia.

In the Community
Spencer was raised in Cumming, Georgia and now lives in Decatur with his wife (Alyson) and daughter (Elinor). You can usually find the Farmery family checking out the newest Atlanta restaurant, watching UGA football or otherwise introducing Elinor to her new world. Spencer and Alyson also enjoy fostering dogs for the Atlanta LifeLine Animal Project.
Industry Experience
Spencer is an active member of the Community Associations Institute. Prior to joining the firm, Spencer worked for an international construction company where he gained both legal and business experience as part of two project teams.
